Here we tell you who is behind this shop, how to contact us and which basic rules apply to your use of the website.

2. What we do on this website
This website is an online shop selling gag gifts and novelty items to consumers. Purchases are governed by the General terms of sale, which you can read, save and print before you buy.
3. Prices, taxes and shipping costs
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price: they are 3,95 € for orders under 25 € and free from that amount. You will always see the exact shipping cost and the total price before you pay. Full details are in the Shipping policy.
4. Codes of conduct
We do not subscribe to any code of conduct.
5. Use of the website
You may browse the website and buy from it for your personal use. We ask you not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to try to access restricted areas or interfere with how it works, and to make sure the details you give us are true.
You must be 18 or over to buy.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, videos, designs and other original content of this website belong to its owner or are used with their authors' permission. Third-party brands and product names belong to their respective owners.
You may view, save or print the content for your private use. Any other use, in particular commercial use, requires our prior written authorisation.
7. Videos generated with artificial intelligence
Some videos on this website and on our social media profiles are parodies generated with artificial intelligence and are marked with the label “AI-generated parody”. They are humorous advertising, not product demonstrations: the real product is the one shown in the photos and in the description on its product page.
The characters in those videos are fictional: they are not customers or real people, and what they say is not anyone's opinion or review.
8. Links to other websites and social media
This website may link to third-party pages (for example, social networks, carriers or public bodies). Those pages have their own owners and their own terms and privacy policies, which we recommend you read.
9. Accuracy of the information
We work to keep the information on the website correct and up to date. If you spot an error, write to us at vivagag01@gmail.com and we will correct it as soon as possible.
Nothing in this notice limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Commercial communications
Our advertising, whether on the website, by email or on social media, is always identified as such and makes clear that it comes from this shop. Offers and discount codes are presented as what they are, and their conditions are stated clearly next to each one.
We will only send you advertising by email if you have given us your consent or if you are already a customer and the advertising concerns products similar to those you bought. Every message will include a simple, free way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to unsubscribe at vivagag01@gmail.com.

12. Customer service, complaints and official complaint forms

We will send you a written acknowledgement of your complaint, with a reference to identify it, and we will reply as soon as possible and in any case within fifteen days from the day you submit it.
We keep official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) available to consumers. You can request them at vivagag01@gmail.com.
You can also contact your local Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC, municipal consumer information office) or the consumer protection authority of your comunidad autónoma (autonomous region). The one for our registered address is that of Catalonia.

13. Applicable law and courts
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you habitually reside in another European Union country, you also keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your own country.
If you are a consumer, any dispute will be settled by the courts of your place of residence.
14. Language and updates
This website is available in Spanish and English. The Spanish version of the legal texts is the legally binding one; the English version is a translation. This rule will never be applied to reduce the rights the law gives you.
